Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Added advantage for Junior Executive who specializing in Marketing / Business Development / Management or equivalent.
- 2 year(s) of working experience in sale and marketing field is an advantage.
- Required skill(s): Good communication with customers and management, Computer literate, Customer Service skill, Interpersonal and Supervisory skill, Knowledge in Quality System.
- Highly motivated and able to work well under pressure.

- Good working attitude and characteristic is needed.
- Able to read and write in Japanese languages (JLPT Level 2 & 3).

Position: Customer Service Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer with the quotation for R&D and Mass Production.
- Required skill(s): Good communication with customers and management, Computer literate, Customer Service skill, Interpersonal and Supervisory skill, Knowledge in Quality System.
- Liaise with factory on customers specifications, delivery schedule, reject from customers and etc.
- Liaise with customers on forecast order delivery and schedule, shipping arrangement, pricing, invoicing, payment collection, cargo claim etc.
- Liaise with cargo forwarding agents on all shipping / delivery matters.
- Maintain the existing customers by taking care of their new inquiry, complaint, inventory arrangement, metal return for refining and other problems arises in daily jobs.
- Send PO under M-TKI letter head to TKI-HQ.
- Key in orders and invoices data into the Order Tracking System.
- Maintain a good relationship with customer to ensure smooth flow between companies.
- Visit customers ones a month.

Position: Sale Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the existing customers by taking care of their new inquiry, complaint metal buy back and other problems arise in daily jobs.
- Required skill(s): Good communication with customers and management, Computer literate, Customer Service skill, Interpersonal and Supervisory skill, Knowledge in Quality System.
- Locate and develop new customers.
- Assist and support Sales and Marketing Director and Section Manager in all aspect of sales.
- Coordinate with relevant department and customer so as to establish a good relationship between companies and report.
- Obtain information on customers by visiting them at least once per month each.
- Continuously improve total quality of company.
- Conduct the timely collection of payments from the customers.
- Apply credit application for Group customers and non-agaroup customers on a timely basis.
- Participant in the SemiCon Trade Show in Singapore.
- Carry out any job or task given by Sales & Section Director and / above.
