Gaji sebulan sebanyak RM1800 ditawarkan oleh syarikat Masuraz Sdn Bhd kepada anda yang berjaya mengisi kekosongan jawatan Account Executive / Clerk di Bintulu, Sarawak.

Syarat

Maintain full set of account for the company. Work closely together with the external accounting company. Only committed individual and individual who can work independently. Responsibilities:
-Maintain full accounts for the company
-Prepare the monthly and yearly Financial Statements by outlets and business area
-Check invoices for goods and services
-Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
-Review and day to day processing of Accounts Payable and Account Receivable o ensure that -finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
-Monitor and manage daily cash flow and funds planning
-Handling the basic Human Resource administration including recruitment, payroll/staff claims, creating and maintaining of personal records and files, etc
-Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of HR and general administration
-Ability to liaise with auditors, tax agents, bank, company secretary, vendors, customers and other statutory bodies/authorities
-Improving processes and auditing account in each of the outlets
-Assist in administrative works whenever necessary
-Responsible for any ad-hoc reporting, projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
-With 1 - 3 years working experience in similar capacity
-Possess a high level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
-Possess strong self-administrative, planning and organizational capabilities, and able to work under minimum supervision
-Must be able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while carrying a heavy workload and enjoy the challenge
-Must possess good communication skills (both Oral & written English)
-Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Accounting Software (knowledge in MYOB is an advantage)
-Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal. Candidates who are also fluent in Bahasa Malaysia would have an added advantage
-Full-Time position.
